Prissila Burgos is a bilingual (Spanish/English) mental health therapist with a strong background in working with children, adolescents, and families across clinical, school-based, and community settings. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate emotional and behavioral challenges while building resilience, confidence, and healthier relationships. Prissila utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems interventions to support emotional regulation, behavioral change, and improved family functioning. She has experience leading structured therapeutic programs and skills-based group interventions focused on self-esteem, emotional regulation, and substance use prevention.
Originally trained as a psychologist in Mexico, Prissila brings a culturally responsive and trauma-informed perspective to her work.
